I have never actually met Mr Ash Mufareh, our CEO of ONPASSIVE.

For that reason, for a long time, up until recently, I did not want to write about someone that I do not know personally - This is not my way and I do not write this lightly.

But I have followed him for the last three years, since I became a Founder with ONPASSIVE.

I have attended a great many webinars that he has hosted, or has been a key part of and I have listened to his ideas and thoughts, made very openly and honestly.

During these sessions, he has consistently shared his views and passed on vast amounts of information, mostly speaking unscripted, from the heart, demonstrating the clear passion for what he is aiming to achieve.

I have worked with many, many people with so called other “programs” and “opportunities” over the last 20 years.

All have failed – none remain, even after a short time of launching.

Even those that may have had a half decent product or service, that maybe could have stood a chance, have still failed miserably, leaving all its members with yet another failed enterprise.

The reason they fail? None have had a leader like Mr Ash Mufareh, that not only had a clear vision, but was prepared to do everything possible, to achieve that vision.

This means practically addressing the very many elements that are required, to ensure total success.

• Ensuring that all legal requirements are fully met for the business model, with each country that his business operates in
• Respecting each and very person that he works with.
• Adding value to everything that he offers to the market and everything that he does personally.

Yes - ONPASSIVE needs to be and will be, totally profitable and a financial force in the IT industry and beyond.

But this CEO doesn't just look at the bottom line. He goes beyond that – He cares about people and their wellbeing.
