What is Artificial intelligence?
This is often known simply as AI.
The term refers to the simulation of human intelligence in machines, that are programmed to think like humans and mimic their actions.
The AI description may also be applied to any machine that exhibits traits associated with a human mind, such as learning and problem-solving. This is often referred to as Machine Learning
AI is becoming rapidly deployed across the globe, with thousands of companies and research centres developing tools and applications. These will be used in all aspects of our business and personal life, often without us even knowing.
